We are an independent distributor of used and surplus equipment and are not affiliated with any listed manufacturers. As we are not an authorized distributor, manufacturers’ warranties and support may not apply; customers should verify warranty details on the manufacturer’s website. We respect the intellectual property of all individuals and corporations; all logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. 

Item Quantity

Unless otherwise specified in the listing title, items are sold individually. Multiple items in cover photos may showcase different angles or all available stock. For quantity inquiries, please contact us at sales@mycyberoffice.com directly.

Inspection Period and Quality Assurance

We offer a 48-hour inspection period upon delivery. If you discover any issues with your item during this period, please contact us at sales@mycyberoffice.com immediately. We will either repair the item or provide a refund if the problem cannot be resolved.

Shipping Policy

United States Shipping

We offer free shipping on most products to all continental U.S. destinations. Please note that free shipping may not apply to oversized or less-than-load (LTL) items.

International Shipping

For international shipments, please contact us at sales@mycyberoffice.com for a quote. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs requirements. We can provide an invoice for customs clearance. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before purchasing.

For customers requiring overnight shipping, we can accommodate this using your UPS or FedEx account. Please contact us to provide your account information. 

Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. Not all our products are eligible for returns. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@mycyberoffice.com. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved and processed.

Medical Product Sales Policy

The sale of medical devices and related products may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. These items are only available to authorized business purchasers. If an item is subject to FDA regulation, we will verify your status as an authorized purchaser before shipping. All medical items are cleaned and handled according to manufacturer instructions.

European Union and Northern Ireland Sales Policy

For customers in the EU or Northern Ireland, we will provide all available documentation, including instructions, technical sheets, and safety information. We will appoint an Authorized Economic Operator within the EU to ensure compliance with EU GPSR rules. Please note that some components or subassemblies may have limited documentation due to their nature.
